Casale Balate ist eine schöne Villa mit privatem Pool in der ruralen Gegend von Ragusa, in der Nähe des Schlosses von Donnafugata. Umgeben von einer malerischen, mit hundertjährigen Oliven- und Johannisbrotbäumen verzierten Landschaft, bieten die Villa und ihre großzügigen Terrassen einen entspannenden Blick auf die umliegende Natur, den auch vom Garten und vom Pool aus genossen werden kann. Die gemütlichen Innenräume des Hauses verteilen sich auf zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein geräumiger Wohnraum mit Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Duschbad und ein Bad (Waschraum mit Waschbecken + WC). Auf der ersten Etage (Mansarde) befinden sich ein Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Villa ist außerdem mit Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi-Anlage, Satelliten-TV, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Von Casale Balate aus kann man die barocken Städte des Val di Noto und die Strände von Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata und Sampieri bequem erreichen.

3 young girls my wife and I spent a week in this idyllic villa. A beautiful place to spend the time and and a beautiful haven to return to after a visit to the local towns/beaches: Ibla, Marina di Ragusa, Punta Secca, Scicli. The owners made us feel at home from day 1. They are warm, helpful and very welcoming. The pool area was our "go-to" area pristine and beautiful. This is the best villa we've stayed in and we will be back!

(Goethe). So about this stunning house we had the chance to stay in, the amazing countryside, first and foremost the most hospitable hosts we were lucky to meet. Staying there was a true delight.
